Dursley News - March 2019
 

Dursley's long term car park has seen major progress this month on the site of the old Gazette office block. The site was actually once the location of Reliance House and home to the carper making business of J.B. Champion. The car park surface has been laid and most fittings installed and lines marked.

Long Street long term car park
The site once occupied by Reliance House, most recently used to publish the Dursley Gazette, has now been rebuilt as a long term car park. In this view the initial tarmac coat has been laid and several fittings put in place.

Dursley Meccanica
The new business of Dursley Meccanica now occupies the premises next to the per shop in Parsonage Street, once used by a PC repair company.

El Chico restaurant
Once W.H. Smith, then the Conservative Club, then a Mexican restaurant and later an Italian restaurant these premises have now returned to use as a Mexican restaurant, albeit by another name.
