Dursley News - July 2018

The very hot summer has allowed progress to continue unabated on numerous developments around town. At the bottom end of Long Street, the grassed area is being developed to make way for the road to be re-routed so it better aligns with the road through the Littlecombe site, at the same time lessening the sharp corner. A little further up Long Street, Reliance House, long time home to the Dursley Gazette, has been demolished to make way for a long term car park. The demolition theme continues with the Kingdom Hall on the Cam/Dursley boundary, part of which is being removed to allow extension of the car park.
